<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator comprised of a divided laminated iron core which is hardly deformed by hardening/shrinking of electrodeposition coating. <P>SOLUTION: A divided laminated iron core is obtained by temporarily caulking vertically adjacent cores while using a temporary caulking part connected via a bridge part from an outer circumferential side of a back yoke part of a predetermined core piece. A teeth wall surface and a back yoke inner circumferential surface of the divided laminated iron core, a coil side surface of a shoe and the temporary caulking part are then electrodeposition-coated. By electrodeposition-coating the temporary caulking part, stress which is generated when hardening/shrinking a coating film is balanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
