<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker control apparatus capable of stably re-closing a transmission line while preventing a step-out state of a power system. <P>SOLUTION: A breaker control apparatus includes: a detection device detecting an accident of a transmission line of a power system; a storage device storing timing information indicative of a predetermined timing; and a control device which breaks a breaker breaking a transmission line when the detection device detects any accident, and turns on the breaker in the predetermined timing based on the timing information thereafter. The timing information is calculated based on a phase difference angle indicating a time change of a phase difference angle between different two points of the transmission line corresponding to each of a plurality of different accidents, after the lapse of a predetermined time from bringing the transmission line into a grounded state or a short-circuited state under a predetermined condition after breaking the breaker to bringing the transmission line into an insulated time, and the timing information indicates such timing that a state of the power system does not become a step-out state even if any one of the plurality of different accidents occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
