<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a cellular phone with a touch panel, which has appeared in recent years, has fewer physical operation keys so that there are few external characteristics for a user to determine its orientation, and the user may not be able to use a speaker and a microphone in a proper position when starting a telephone call. <P>SOLUTION: To solve the problem, this invention detects the orientation of the cellular phone being held by the user at the time of making a telephone call and prompts the user to correct the orientation if the cellular phone is held in a wrong orientation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
