METHOD FOR CLEANING SILICONE RUBBER MOLDED ARTICLE, AND SILICONE RUBBER MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a silicone rubber molded article, which can subject a silicone rubber molded article such as adhered and fixed to a resin film to efficient cleaning and extraction and sufficiently decrease low-molecular siloxanes without dissolving and deforming this backup material; and to provide a silicone molded article obtained by the same.

SOLUTION: The cleaning method of a silicone rubber molded article involves immersing the silicone rubber molded article in an organopolysiloxane for cleaning which has a saturated vapor pressure at 50°C of 0.01 to 30 mmHg to decrease low-molecular ones of organopolysiloxanes which the silicone rubber molded article contains. According to the method, the silicone rubber molded article is immersed in an organopolysiloxane for cleaning which has a saturated vapor pressure at 50°C of 0.01 to 30 mmHg, and low-molecular ones of organopolysiloxanes which the silicone rubber molded article contains can be decreased. Even when a resin film is used as a backup material of the silicone rubber molded article, the resin film can be made to be one exhibiting no dissolution and deformation.
