<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image monitoring recorder that extracts and transfers images of high importance, and that enhances input/output performance and data reliability at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: An image monitoring recorder 10 comprises: a recording control unit 12 which receives input of images of objects photographed by plural monitoring cameras 20a, 20b, and 20c and arranges the images in a time series manner on the basis of times added to the images and records the arranged images in a primary recording unit 13; a recording event generating unit 31 which generates recording events including status changes in photographed objects and the detection time of the status changes; a database 14 which records, as event information, the recording events from the recording event generating unit 31; an image transfer unit 15 which extracts images from the primary recording unit 13 on the basis of the event information recorded in the database 14; a storage recording unit 16 which records the images extracted by the image extracting unit 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
