RETRIEVAL SUPPORT SYSTEM, RETRIEVAL SUPPORT METHOD AND RETRIEVAL SUPPORT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently present a web page coincident with a user's retrieval purpose.

SOLUTION: A retrieval support system includes: a means for transmitting a retrieval keyword to a retrieval server 28 and requesting retrieval; a means for transmitting a transmitted retrieval result list to a client terminal 24 and urging selection of a reference web page; a means for decomposing a text in the reference web page in each morpheme and extracting a noun as a keyword; a means for transmitting each extracted keyword and the retrieval keyword to the retrieval server 28 and requesting retrieval; a means for extracting 20 upper web pages as similar candidate pages from the retrieval result list in the order of page ranks; a means for calculating similarity between similar candidate pages concerned with each retrieval expression; a means for recognizing an extracted keyword concerned with 20 retrieval expressions in the descending order of similarity from the highest similarity as an important word; a means for recognizing a page including three or more sorts of important words in all similar candidate pages as a similar page; and a means for transmitting a similar page list screen to the client terminal 24.
