摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical apparatus such as an electrophoresis display device, which reduces adversely electromagnetic effect on an electrooptical substance such as an electrophoresis element from a signal on data lines or scanning lines. <P>SOLUTION: The electrooptical apparatus includes: a first substrate (301) and a second substrate (302) confronting each other; an electrooptical substance (23) arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate; data lines (50) and scanning line (40) provided on the first substrate so as to cross each other; and a pixel electrode (21) provided in the upper layer side than the data lines and the scanning lines on the first substrate so as to correspond to a crossing section where the data lines and the scanning lines cross each other.
