<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming apparatus equipped with one of twin rollers at the door side, and capable of closing a door without effort until the door is closed completely and of starting image formation right after the door is closed. <P>SOLUTION: A second transferring roller 7 provided at a door is in a shift position when the door is open. A torque limiter driven gear 75 is attached coaxially with the second transferring roller 7 through a torque limiter. The second transferring roller 7 is also provided with a roller driven gear 76. A drive roller 12 is provided with a torque limiter drive gear 28 and a roller drive gear 29. When the door is closed, the roller drive gear 29 is engaged with the roller driven gear 76, and the torque limiter drive gear 28 is engaged with the torque limiter driven gear 75. When the drive roller 12 is rotated positively, the torque limiter driven gear 75 rotates faster than the second transferring roller 7, and the second transferring roller 7 moves to a position facing the front. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
