<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing the degradation of shifting feeling by suppressing the elongation of a shifting time, even when a disengaging side element is in a slipping state during shifting operation. <P>SOLUTION: A control device that controls a transmission device includes: an input member that is connected to and driven by a driving power source; an output member that is connected to and driven by a wheel, and a transmission mechanism that includes a plurality of frictional engagement elements and changes the rotational velocity of the input member and outputs to the output member. When a gear position is changed to a gear position with a different gear ratio, the control device performs special transmission control that reduces the hydraulic pressure of the disengagement side and causes a disengagement side element to slip, and maintains this slipping state of the disengagement side throughout the entire transmission process. If, when the special transmission control commences, slipping of the disengagement side element is not detected within a predetermined time after the disengagement side hydraulic pressure has been reduced, the control device also compensates pressure by increasing the engagement side hydraulic pressure until slipping of the disengagement side element is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
