PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based aerosol product and a cement composition for the same that enables the uniform and efficient work, in the cement-based aerosol product used for the repair and beautification of concrete and cement mortar.

SOLUTION: In the cement-based aerosol product produced by filling an aerosol container with a cement composition including a very high-speed hardening cement and an organic solvent together with a jetting gas, the specific gravity of the organic solvent is one-third or more relative to that of the very high-speed hardening cement.
