<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce motor drive noise without complicated preceding processes when an optical element is moved. <P>SOLUTION: An optical device comprises: a motor 107 to move an optical element 102; position detection means 130 to detect the position of the optical element; control means 111 to control motor drive using a position detection signal from the position detection means; and storage means 112 storing the reference movement amount of the optical element according to the movement speed and movement time of the optical element by the motor. The control means calculates a correction value to reduce the difference between the actual movement amount of the optical element obtained using the position detection signal when the motor moves the optical element and the reference movement amount, and controls driving of the motor using the correction value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
