<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cooling of a heating element storage, capable of efficiently estimating the main cause of failure, when the apparatus or a circuit employed therein are returned due to the failure. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a control substrate 19 configured to be provided with: a room temperature measuring unit 22; a receiver 24 for receiving a radio wave from a GPS satellite 23 to create a positional data; a trial operation switch 25; a time measuring unit 29; and a non-volatile memory 30. The apparatus is configured such that, upon switching of the trial operation switch 25, the positional data LD1 from the receiver 24 is memorized in the non-volatile memory 30, and then, if abnormal conditions occur in a first inverter 20 and a second inverter 21 after the trial operation has been initiated, an abnormal data FD1, a room temperature data RD1, and a time data TD1 are simultaneously memorized, as a set of data D1, in the non-volatile memory 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
