<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic thin-film solar cell which contains an electron transport layer formed of TiO<SB POS="POST">x</SB>and has high durability. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing an organic thin-film solar cell containing an anode and a cathode which are formed to be spaced from each other, a photoelectric conversion layer of an organic thin film provided between the anode and the cathode, and an electron transport layer formed of TiO<SB POS="POST">x</SB>provided between the photoelectric conversion layer and the cathode, the electron transport layer formed of TiO<SB POS="POST">x</SB>is formed by a combustion chemical vapor deposition method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
