<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improving agent excellent in safety which can be used in treating and improving inflammatory bowel diseases. <P>SOLUTION: The inflammatory bowel disease improving agent contains a proteoglycan which has a bonding activity to hyaluronic acid extracted from fishes and mollusks and a weight average molecular weight by GPC from fishes of 700,000 to 2,000,000 Da and from mollusks of 300,000-2,000,000 Da as an active ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
