<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly accurate tire performance prediction. <P>SOLUTION: A smooth tire model and partial block models constituting the tire model, a vehicle body model, and a fluid model are formed, and the boundary conditions of the partial block models are set depending on the condition of rotating a pneumatic tire and the condition of moving the pneumatic tire and a vehicle body in combination.
