An abnormal condition determiner 163 outputs an abnormal condition detection signal for representing the detection of abnormal detection order based on detection results of the proximity switches 161-1 and 161-2 of the dual proximity switch 101. An output composite unit 153 outputs a detection signal of three kinds of voltages based on the normal passage determination signal and the abnormal condition detection signal.
