<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence device in which light extraction efficiency can be improved by a simple method and luminance non-uniformity does not appear in any observation direction. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic electroluminescence device 1 of the present invention includes an electrode 8, a transparent electrode 4, and an organic light-emitting layer 6 arranged between the two electrodes. A resin film 10 is arranged on the surface of the organic electroluminescence device on which the transparent electrode is provided. The resin film consists of a cured photopolymerization composition, and includes a transparent matrix 12 in the shape of a thin plate, and many columnar structures 14 having a refraction index different from that of the matrix and are oriented in the matrix to extend in the thickness direction thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
