<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet suitably securing reliability and decoration effect even when the resin content to a core layer is increased, and manufacturable at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 10 is formed by heating and pressing the core layer 12, and a decoration layer 14 laminated on the core layer 12. The core layer 12 is formed by laminating multiple sheets of bleached kraft paper 12A and 12B impregnated with thermosetting resin. The thermosetting resin is the composition in which acrylic resin is added to melamine resin, and the thermosetting resin is impregnated in the ratio of more than 48 wt.% and ≤54 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the total of the core layer 12 impregnated with the thermosetting resin.
