PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer ring rotating type roller bearing that facilitates detaching a seal member fixed to an inner ring, along with a method for detaching a seal device and a rolling machine.

SOLUTION: In the outer ring rotating type roller bearing 10, the first seal member 21 is fixed by a C-shape stop ring 24 detachably secured to an inner ring member 12. In the first seam member 21, the inner peripheral part 23b of an elastic seal member 23 is secured to an abutment surface coming into contact with the outer periphery of the inner ring member 12.
