PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a bearer for voice communication of a UE#1 in a first communication state is disconnected after the voice communication of the UE#1 in a second communication state has been finished after switching the UE#1 from the first communication state to the second communication state.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication method of the invention comprises a step of instructing, if an MSC server/MGW has detected that voice communication of a UE#1 in a second communication state is going to finish, an MME to disconnect a bearer for VoIP communication of the UE#1 in a first communication state which is established between an S-GW and a P-GW.
