<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a degree of freedom of design changing operation when changing the design of a product model in which parameter defining relationship between components are set. <P>SOLUTION: A CAD system 100 includes: a parameter input processing part 113 for inputting numerical values to respective parameters P1 to P7 in a product model M1; a dimension value calculation processing part 117 for calculating dimension values of dimensions D1 to D3 in one component based on the input values inputted by the parameter input processing part 113; a dimension value substitution processing part 120 for creating an editing product model M3 in which the dimensions D1 to D3 of one component are regulated by the calculation values calculated by the dimension value calculation processing part 117; a database 135 for storing an edited product model M5 created by editing the editing product model M3; and a changed position extraction processing part 122 for deriving numerical values corresponding to the respective parameters P1 to P7 set in the product model M1 about the edited product model M5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
