<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system control apparatus for a mobile body including an electric vehicle, which can avoid the risk of sudden turning-off of the electric power supply to the entire system during the traveling of a mobile body, such as an electric vehicle, by monitoring the battery remaining capacity while preventing a heavy load from being imposed on the control. <P>SOLUTION: The system control apparatus 30 of an electric vehicle as a mobile body includes a residual capacity estimation part 21a for estimating the residual capacity of a battery 22, a residual capacity correction part 21b for correcting the estimated residual capacity of the battery 22 estimated by the residual capacity estimation part 21a based on at least one of voltage, current, and temperature of the battery 22, and a system control part 31 for turning off the driving of a motor 15 on condition that the residual capacity of the battery 22 corrected by the residual capacity correction part 21b is 3% or less as the first predetermined residual capacity.
