摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle control apparatus which ensures the maximum regeneration quantity range within which an overvoltage in a secondary battery due to a continuous regeneration during braking by regeneration cooperation control can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The control apparatus includes: a drive motor; the secondary battery; a regeneration cooperation controller for compensating a shortfall of a regeneration cooperation torque from a target brake torque with a friction brake torque; a calculator (a step S31) for calculating a driver-requested regeneration torque TD based on a brake operation; a calculator (a step S35) for calculating a battery-regenerable continuous-time-period rated-power PB based on a state of the secondary battery; a calculator (a step S36) for calculating a battery-regenerable continuous-time-period rated-torque TB based on the battery-regenerable continuous-time-period rated-power PB and a motor rotation frequency; and a regeneration cooperation torque arbitration calculator (a step S38) for arbitrating and calculating a regeneration cooperation torque TRB by selecting the lower one of the driver-requested regeneration torque TD and the battery-regenerable continuous-time-period rated-torque TB at every predetermined time interval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
