PURPOSE: A pressure head forming device using a pressureless tank is provided to recycle energy by collecting a pressure tank and pressureless tank. CONSTITUTION: A pressure head forming device using a pressureless tank comprises a heat generation part(100), a sub tank(200) and a thermal energy using part(300). A thermal medium is put into the heat generation part. The sub tank stores the thermal medium in which calorie is delivered. A sub tank is installed between one or more booster pumps(530). The sub tank is connected to a pressure tank(400). The pressure tank comprises the fixed pressure. The pressure tank is installed to supply water to the thermal energy using part.
