POLYORGANOSILOXANE COMPOSITION HAVING A VISCOSITY SUITABLE FOR LED TRANSFER/COMPRESSION MOLDING

PURPOSE: A polyorganosiloxane composition is provided to ensure a viscosity suitable for facilities for encapsulating LED injection/compression and to secure excellent workability and excellent intensity of a coating film. CONSTITUTION: A polyorganosiloxane composition comprises: (A) polyorganosiloxane having a structure represented by chemical formula 1: (R1R2R3SiO1/2)X·(SiO2)Z; (B) linear polyorganosiloxane which has a structure represented by chemical formula 2: R1aSiO_(4-a)/2 and the vinylmethylsiloxy group content of 0.006~0.250 mol%; (C) polyorganosiloxane which is represented by chemical formula 3: RR12SiO(R1_2SiO)nSiR1_2R and has a vinyl group content of 0.001~10 mol%; and (D) polyorganohydrogen siloxane represented by chemical formula 4: RR1_2SiO(R1HSiO)m(R22SiO)nSiR1_2R.
