PURPOSE: A credit line management system for using real sale is provided to predict future sale based on past sale of a card member store. CONSTITUTION: A credit management server(110) includes a sale analysis unit(111), a sale estimation unit(112), and a credit limit decision unit(113). The sale analysis unit analyzes the past sale of a credit card member store. The sale estimation unit estimates the future sale scale of the card member store from the analysis result.
