The element (19) has outlet nozzles for adjustment of orientation of outlet airflows with rotatable air guiding bodies. Rotational axes of the bodies run parallel to each other and orthogonal to a rotational axis of connection units (12, 12-1 to 12-6) and run in a common plane. The connection units are arranged within a thin walled casing. Source discharge openings are equipped with the thin walled casing that surrounds the connection units at a small distance. Circular disk-shaped base bodies are inserted into circular openings of planar portions of the connection units.
