PURPOSE: A remote displacement instrumentation system and a method thereof are provided to protect a layer light source part and a prism from the inflow of foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: A remote displacement instrumentation system comprises a control server(10), a laser beam detector(20) and an optical wave prism device(30). The control server transmits the displacement measurement request signal through the wire/wireless network to the laser beam detector. The control server determines the displacement variation of the installation place of the optical wave prism device by using displacement measurement data received from the laser beam detector.
