MULTI-GLAZING COATING PROCESS OF WATERBORNE POLYURETHANE

PURPOSE: A multi-luster coating method for water dispersion polyurethane is provided to maximize sensibility and texture. CONSTITUTION: A multi-luster coating method for water dispersion polyurethane comprises a step of curing a coating solution containing 55-90 wt% of anionic water dispersion polyurethane emulsion, 1-7 wt% of nanosilica particles, and 9-38 wt% of plate micro-mica particles on the surface of a fabric at 160-180°C. The diameter of the nanosilica particles is smaller than that of the water dispersion polyurethane emulsion. The plate micro-mica particles comprise ferric oxide or titanium oxide.
