ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve display quality by protecting the thickness of a pixel defining layer which surrounds the edge of a pixel electrode. CONSTITUTION: A planarization layer(218) covers a plurality of thin film transistors(TR). Each pixel electrode(230) includes a light emitting unit and a non-emitting unit. A via hole(220) is separated from the light emitting unit of each pixel electrode. The pixel defining layer is formed on the planarization layer to cover the non-emitting unit of the pixel electrode and the via hole. An organic layer(250) is arranged on the light emitting unit and includes a light emitting layer.
