摘要

PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve the photoelectric efficiency of a solar cell by including a transparent conductive layer with a network structure of a metal nano line. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent electrode(113) is formed on a first insulation substrate(110). A first P/I/N junction semiconductor layer(120) is formed on the upper side of the first transparent electrode. The first P/I/N junction semiconductor layer is composed of an n type impurity semiconductor material layer, a hydrogenated silicon layer, and a p type impurity semiconductor material layer. The first transparent conductive layer includes a networked metal nano wire. A second transparent electrode(140) is formed on the upper side of the first transparent conductive layer.
