PURPOSE: A high-temperature and high-pressure storage tank is provided to activate the production of heat energy by magnetizing internal water or gas while maintaining an optimal pressure state by changing self-volume according to inner pressure. CONSTITUTION: A high-temperature and high-pressure storage tank comprises an inlet port(2), an outlet port(3), a pressure regulator(10), an energy generator(20), and a plurality of magnets. The pressure regulator is respectively installed in the top, bottom, and both sides of the storage tank. A holding fixture receiving the elasticity of a leaf spring(11) always extrudes an actuating piece between the case(4) and pressure regulator to the inner side. The energy generator is formed inside the storage tank while circularly surrounding a metal net around the circumference of a cross hair steel plate(21). The magnet is installed in an area near the energy generator.
