<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excretion treatment apparatus capable of effectively aerating. <P>SOLUTION: When a level sensor 243 detects that the level of a fluid of excretions in a preliminary storage tank 4 becomes lower than a predetermined level so that the amount of the fluid of excretions in the preliminary storage tank 4 gets smaller than a predetermined amount, a controller 8 shuts a valve 142 and opens a valve 143. Then, a fluid of excretions (a defoaming water) stored in a defoaming water tank 25 is delivered to a preliminary storage part 5b of the preliminary storage tank 4 through a pipe 25d and a feedback pipe 152. Thereby, for example, the fluid of excretions can always be secured even when the fluid of excretions supplied in the preliminary storage tank 4 is small in amount so that the delay of oxidative fermentation treatment of the fluid of excretions in the preliminary storage tank 4 can be prevented.
