PURPOSE: A lighting device with a heat emitting apparatus and a lighting lamp are provided to seal a light emitting device to control light emitted from a light emitting device, thereby reducing mounting costs. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting devices(3) is mounted on a substrate. A sealing frame(4) is installed on the substrate. The sealing frame is filled with a sealant(5). The light emitting device contacts the sealant for sealing. A heat transport unit(8) transports heat from a heat spreading unit in a fixed direction.
