PURPOSE: A roller hemming device using a robot is provided to hem a product with a fixed optimal pressure using a cylinder equipped with a pressure regulator. CONSTITUTION: A roller hemming device using a robot comprises a slide part(10) which can slide, a base part(20) which is connected to a robot and includes a cylinder(21) moving the slide part, and a roller head assembly(30) which comprises a measuring pin used for measuring the tool reference coordinates, origin coordinates, and the coordinates of three rollers, a central shaft which is connected to the base part, and a roller unit which is vertically connected to the central shaft and has a protrusion that protrudes in three directions at a specific angle and have the three rollers.
