<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device/method capable of generating completely random signals and generating an authentication signal, random number, and probability using a random pulse generation source for spontaneously generating the completely random signals. <P>SOLUTION: The device is configured to generate completely random signals and generate an authentication signal or random number and probability by integrally setting a complete random pulse generation source at the inside, and a method/program is also provided which are configured to generate a random number and/or probability by providing the random pulse generation source, measuring the time interval between the generated random pulses or measuring a voltage value and converting it into a digital value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
