PURPOSE: A neutraceutical composition containing mixture extract of Phellinus linteus mycelium and cultured wild ginseng roots for anti-cancer is provided. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer contains mixture extract of Phellinus linteus mycelium powder and cultured wild ginseng roots mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1-5:1. The mixture extract is isolated using water, organic solvent or mixture solvent thereof. The organic solvent is C1-C4 alcohol, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, or chloroform. The ethanol is 40-60% ethanol. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer contains the mixture extract as an active ingredient.
