The gear has a mobile (4) e.g. gear-train, comprising a toothed portion (401) meshed with a toothed portion (1004) of another mobile (1) e.g. gear-train, to rotate the former mobile in a rotating direction opposite to that of the latter mobile. The former mobile has a projection (42) cooperating with a guiding path (100) formed by guiding portions (102, 104) of the latter mobile, to rotate the former mobile in the rotation direction similar to that of the latter mobile when the projection covers the path. A display unit (5) i.e. second hand, is mounted on an axle (40) of the former mobile. An independent claim is also included for a method for meshing a toothed portion of a mobile with a toothed portion of another mobile.
