The present invention provides a heterophasic polypropylene composition comprising a selective cross-linkable dispersed phase, a method for the production thereof, and its use in different applications. The cross-linkable reaction can be carried out at a temperature of 10 to 40°C under a humidity of below 85% and with cross-linking degree of at least 30%.
