Disclosed is a prolinamide compound of formula (I) where the substituents are as disclosed in the specification. Also disclosed is a physiologically acceptable salt of a compound of formula (I), a medicament containing a compound of formula (I), the use of a compound of formula (I) in the preparing a medicament which can inhibit factor Xa and serine proteases and a method of preparing a medicament with a compound of formula (I). Examples of compounds of formula (I) are: (2R,4R)-4-methoxy-pyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxylic acid-1-[(3-fluoro-4-bromo-phenyl)-amide]-2-(2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinolin-6-yl)-amide x HCOOH; (2R,4R)-4-methoxy-pyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxylic acid-1-[(4-bromophenyl)-amide]-2-(2,4-dimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinolin-6-yl)-amide and (2R,4R)-4-methoxy-pyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxylic acid-1-[(4-bromophenyl)-amide]-2-(1,1,3-trimethyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-isoquinolin-6-yl)-amide x HCOOH.
