The process for developing and packaging of snacks including appetizers, salt and/or sweet, comprises preparing a piece (10) of cheese under a given geometric shape, preparing mashed fruits and/or vegetables (12), which have a density less than that of the cheese piece, depositing the cheese piece in a bottom of a cavity (16) of a conditioner (14), filling the cavity with mashed fruits and/or vegetables, and sealing the cavity with a removable or easily breakable film (18). A depression (20) is provided in the bottom of the cavity with the combined profile of the cheese piece.
