The present invention is related to a monitoring system for reading, analyzing and interpreting vibrations, which includes a call centre for sending alarms in a wireless and remote manner. The monitoring is performed in a permanent manner and in real time. The system detects the point to be corrected in a predictive, and informs the user about the taken action. In mobile machinery (trucks, tractor units, front loaders, mining buckets, etc), where the vibration analysis may not be performed, the equipments being monitored by Tribology, with the same remote system for sending alarms and reports. The companies reduce in a substantial manner the reparation costs with the use of this system. Also allows the machinery to be operated at a maximum yield and without wear, facilitating the equipment acquisition, since the service thereof is performed by paying a monthly fee. Constant readings are obtained from all the contact points of the machine selected by a client. The results are sent to a database within the company, and to an external database, which is operated in a call centre intended to alert the user by telephone or electronically, in order to take the corresponding measures. The system is useful for accurately detecting the point to be corrected, informing the user in which machine, in which bearing and the recommended processes to be followed at distance, without having an operator permanently monitoring the situation. The marketing system is managed with the initial purchase of the analyser, at an affordable cost, and a monthly fee system due to monitoring services, operation records and alerts, with the respective recommendations to be followed by the user.
