That is ensured by introduction of metformin with underlying graduated static and dynamic physical exercises and daily swimming for at least 40 minutes a day in the middle of day. Physical exercises include morning hygienic gymnastics, therapeutic exercises, graduated physical exercises during the day. Metformin 500 mg is introduced 2 times a day. The therapy is carries out for 1.5 months. ^ EFFECT: method allows normalising spontaneous erythrocyte aggregation for 1,5 months, approaching a level close to such in healthy people, thereby promoting prevention of vascular complications in patients with impaired glucose tolerance. ^ 2 ex |
