PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a microchip that easily disposes vents for preventing non-junction without any arrangement and space limitations and can be disposed easily to a channel pattern in a miniaturized and integrated microchip having a complex channel pattern.SOLUTION: By forming a base material 22 for covers in a film shape, the vent 23 having workability and diameter better and smaller than a case using a relatively thick cover member can be formed easily. Also, by forming the vent 23 by a method other than molding, the vent 23 can be formed relatively easily. Further, by providing the vent 23 having a diameter of not more than 0.3 mm that can be blocked in jointing in a thickness direction of the base material 22 for covers in a film shape, the vent 23 can be disposed at a desired position easily without any arrangement and space restrictions. Thus, alignment in jointing can be facilitated and non-jointing can be prevented efficiently. |
