PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic wave radiator easy to install and promoting the treatment of diabetes without increasing burdens on the organism.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic wave radiator 10 for promoting the treatment of diabetes, includes an ultrasonic radiation pad 110 wound round the elbow to cover it up to a part of the arm end, and radiating ultrasonic waves having an output intensity of 10 mW/cmor above and 100 mW/cmor below at an output frequency of 500 kHz or above and 1 MHz or below, and drive control means 11 for controlling the driving of ultrasonic radiation pad 110. |
