Disclosed is a manufacturing method for reduced coenzyme Q10, wherein reduced coenzyme Q10 or oxidised coenzyme Q10 reduced by a reducing agent in a high-solvency terpene has at least one additive from the following group added thereto: an alcohol group, water, a surfactant, and diacylglycerol. Further disclosed is a composition comprising at least one selected from the group of: an alcohol group, water, a surfactant, and diacylglycerol; a terpene, a reducing agent, and reduced coenzyme Q10; and a stabilising method for the reduced coenzyme Q10 in the composition.
