PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging head with a highly reliable discharge performance and excellent resistance for a liquid such as ink in which a flow path forming member is good in adhesiveness to a substrate.SOLUTION: The liquid discharging head includes: the substrate; and the flow path forming member comprising a discharge port for discharging a liquid on the substrate and a liquid flow path communicating with the discharge port. The flow path forming member is formed of an organic resin and has a base member formed of an inorganic material in the flow path forming member on the substrate in which the base member has an uneven portion on the surface in contact with the flow path forming member.
