PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo control system for preventing the phenomenon where rise in gain becomes difficult, due to the changes in transmission function by a position of a driven object, and the phase is rapidly delayed and becomes unstable.SOLUTION: A servo control method is applied to a feed drive mechanism for driving one driven object by a plurality of motors, and the velocity of the driven object is controlled by using a signal obtained by mixing velocity feedback signals of the motors with each other, and a torque instruction obtained by velocity control is used for drive of all the motors. |
