PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily eyeliner cosmetic, particularly an oily eyeliner cosmetic that offers a smooth sense of use, is excellent in color development of a line drawn around the eyes and durability thereof and has a cosmetic retention effect for preventing partial removal of a cosmetic film due to blurring caused by contact with moisture such as tears or sebum or by a continuous motion such as blinking.SOLUTION: The oily eyeliner cosmetic comprises: a new dextrin fatty acid ester that is an esterified product of dextrin and fatty acid; a volatile oil solution; and a colorant. |
