PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of fastening and fixing a power generation element for maintaining electric reliability high, and a battery pack constituted of a plurality of battery modules coupled with one another.SOLUTION: A power generation element equipped with a cathode and an anode stored in a battery case together with an electrolyte solution is housed in a module vessel 110 formed of a square resin-made box with a long flat surface shape. A module support 120 protruded from a lower part of a short side wall of the module vessel 110 is extended through a pair of vertical grooves 123 partially narrowed in its both side surfaces, and a screw hole 121 for fastening and fixing (fastening and fixing hole) with a bolt (fastening member) is formed at a bottom surface of the extended part 120a. |
